To foster the necessary exchange, reFuel.ch would like to invite you to its second annual conference, bringing together experts on Power-t-X and manure-based Sustainable Aviation Fuels to discuss implementation options in Switzerland and abroad. Our first keynote speaker Patricia Thornley will present her current work on Evaluating sustainability impacts of biomass use for energy and products as reFuel considers broadening its scope to international resources. Our second keynote, given by Christian Moretti is on E-fuels and chemicals: costs, emissions and best uses. Participation is free of charge, but registration until September 8, 2025 is mandatory.

The second Round Table meeting will take place online. The first session will provide insights on challenges in SAF production from first movers. The second session will focus on off-takers and their expectations on the SAF supply.

This conference brings together experts on Power-t-X and manure based Sustainable Aviation Fuels to discuss implementation options in Switzerland and abroad. The aim is to identify which countries and regions have a high potential for imports.

The first Round Table meeting will be held at ETH Zürich, offering insights into the goals of reFuel.ch and the methods to achieve them.
